Returns

All of our garments are lovingly made by hand, and therefore, each item is slightly different from the next.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase then you are welcome to return it, as long as it is within 30 days of you receiving the order. We will then proceed to refund or exchange for another product, depending on where the product was delivered.

  • Item must be returned in the same condition as you received it.
  • Item must be returned within 30 days of receiving it.

All our Domestic Returns are FREE. They will take 7-10 working days to process.

FAQ’s

Can I exchange an item for a different item?

No, you can only exchange something for the same product in a different size or colour.

What if the item I request to exchange for is out of stock?

If we do not have the item in stock that you ask for in exchange, we will automatically refund you the full the amount.

Currently we cannot cover international returns fees, however we are still more than happy to refund or exchange any of your items.

In your returns parcel, please include a note of your name, order number and whether you’d like an exchange or refund.
